- Electronic data from FAFSA from federal processor
- 1995 Federal Tax Returns from Student's Parents
- MIT Undergraduate application for Financial Aid
- 1995 Federal Tax Returns from Student
- Statement of Educational Purpose Signature (on MIT app.)
- Non-Custodial Parent's 1040 Tax Return
We have canceled the following requirements
- Non-Custodial parent's Statement
The following documents have not been received in any form and are still required
We will evaluate your financial aid application without the following information this year only
- 1995 Mother's W-2 or T-4 form(s)
- 1995 Federal Tax Returns from Student
