Institutional Research, Office of the Provost

The MIT Web Survey Service helps create, host and analyze web surveys at MIT and at many peer institutions. The service is hosted out of the Institutional Research (IR) section of the Office of the Provost.

The service typically runs 70-100 surveys per year, including multi-school surveys for peer institutions. The service collaborates with clients on a wide spectrum of projects, from administrators evaluating customer satisfaction to faculty conducting research through online questionnaires.
