Welcome to the Freshman Survey, an annual national survey of new
students sponsored by the Cooperative Institutional Research Program
(CIRP) at UCLA.   Your responses will help us to learn more about
Penn's Class of 2011 and to be better prepared to respond to changing
student interests and needs.  Your responses to the survey are
confidential and no personally identifiable information will be
attributed to any participant without his or her express permission.
Your responses will not adversely affect your academic placement,
coursework, housing, or other aspects of your Penn experience.  To

This is a unique link assigned to you.  For this reason, it is
important that you not share it or forward this e-mail. This survey
takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.  We encourage you to
complete the survey as soon as possible.  As an incentive for early
participation in this survey, your name will be placed in a database,
separated from your responses, to be used for prize drawings.  We will
be awarding ten $100 prizes to those who complete the survey -- four
on August 16th, four on August 23rd, and the remaining two at the
close of the survey.  The sooner you complete the survey, the better
your chances will be of winning one of these prizes.
