If you have already completed the CIRP Freshman Survey please ignore
this message and accept our apologies for this inconvenience.  If you
have not yet completed this survey we urge you to do so as soon as
possible.

Remember as an incentive for early participation in this survey, your
name will be placed in a database upon completion of the survey,
separated from your responses, to be used for prize drawings.  We will
be awarding TEN $100 PRIZES -- four on August 16th, four on August
23rd, and the remaining two at the close of the survey.  So the
earlier you respond, the better the chance on winning one of these
prizes.
