participation in the on-line CIRP Survey.  This is the survey that
Dean Jim Larimore emailed you about a few weeks ago that seeks your
opinions and information about your experiences and expectations.

Results from the survey will be shared only in summary form with
College officers, deans, and faculty leaders to assist them in
evaluating activities, setting priorities, and making policy.

important that you do not share it or forward this e-mail to anyone
else. The survey consists of nine linked sections.  It is important
that you complete all nine sections, as each one collects valuable
information.  This survey takes approximately 25-30 minutes to
complete.  

While the survey will remain available for about another week, it
would be most helpful if you could complete it in the next few days.
