Dear Jagruti Patel,

Every few years we ask a select group of alumni to share their 
reflections on their Pomona College experiences and update us on 
their life post-graduation.  This year we are asking the classes of 
1998, 1999 and 2004 to complete our online Alumni Survey, and I am 
writing to invite you to participate. Your unique insight will help 
us continue to improve and provide the best possible education to our
students.

The unique identifier in the URL will enable us to avoid sending you 
reminders once you have completed the questionnaire.  It will also 
allow us to link your responses to other information in our files in 
order to increase the usefulness of the survey. Your responses will 
be kept completely confidential and secure in the Office of 
Institutional Research. No other office will have access to your 
individual responses, and results will be reported in a summary form
only.

Pomona is cooperating in this effort with other highly selective 
liberal arts colleges and research universities, which will permit us 
to compare the experiences of our alumni with those of alumni from 
other outstanding institutions.  Your participation is important in 
helping to ensure that our data represent a broad range of Pomona 
alumni views and experiences.
