Dear Ms. Patel,

In case you've been away or unable to participate until now, I'm 
sending one final request to take the Class of 1998 survey that 
Stanford, along with 30 other universities and colleges, is
conducting.

The data from this survey provides information for senior executives 
at Stanford - and the more people who participate in the survey, the 
more reliable and valuable the information is.  So we very much 
appreciate you spending some of your spare time to answer these
