Subject: Swarthmore Alumni Survey Date: Mon, 18 May 2009 07:34:41 -0400 From: Robin Shores To: Jagruti Patel Dear Jagruti Patel, I am writing to let you know that we would still welcome your participation in the on-line Alumni Survey. This is the survey that Maurice Eldridge wrote and emailed you about a few weeks ago. It seeks your opinions on your undergraduate experiences at Swarthmore and information about your post-graduation activities. We've had a good response to this web format from alumni so far, and we're hoping that you too will find it a convenient way to share your valuable feedback. Just a reminder - you may be assured of complete confidentiality. Results from the survey will be shared in summary form with College officers, deans, and faculty leaders to assist them in evaluating activities, setting priorities, and making policy. Your participation is completely voluntary and you may skip any questions you do not wish to answer. If you have any questions about the survey, feel free to give me a call (610 690-6879) or send me an e-mail message (rshores1@swarthmore.edu). Instructions for accessing the survey are included below. While the survey will remain available for about another week, it would be most helpful if you could complete it in the next few days. If you encounter any problems while taking the survey, please contact me. (We've had no problems so far -- MIT has done a wonderful job of coordinating this web survey!) Your valuable contribution to the College through your participation in this survey, as well as in past and future research efforts, is very much appreciated! Sincerely, Robin Shores Director of Institutional Research Swarthmore College To access the survey, please click on the following link: This is a unique link assigned to you. For this reason, it is very important that you do not share it or forward this e-mail to anyone else. The survey consists of seven linked sections. It is important that you complete all seven sections, as each one collects valuable information. This survey takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.
