Subject: Barnard Enrolled Student Survey

Dear [firstname] [lastname],

As you may have noted in a recent email from me, Barnard College will
be conducting the COFHE Enrolled Student Survey over the next couple
of weeks.  This survey asks you to tell us about your activities and
rate various aspects of your experience at Barnard College.  I would
like to have your help with this project because the results will be
important to assessing our strengths and weaknesses.  

Because your responses to the survey are important to us and to show
our appreciation for your time and effort, we will be drawing prizes
for a relatively large number of those who submit their responses.  We
will randomly select fifty students from among the respondents, each
of whom will receive gift cards.  Three other students will also
receive surprise grand prizes.  

The survey consists of several linked sections; please complete all of
them since collectively they create valuable information.  This survey
takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.  We encourage you to
fill out the survey as soon as possible, but allow enough time to
complete it in one sitting.  If you encounter any problems while
taking the survey, please contact sbixler@barnard.edu.
