Thank you for participating in the Enrolled Student Survey. This survey consists of nine (9) linked sections and typically takes 20 to 25 minutes to complete.

Your participation is very important and greatly appreciated! Your survey responses will be used to plan and improve programs and services for undergraduate students at Cornell.  Plus, every tenth student who completes the survey will win $20!

We take your privacy very seriously. Your responses will never be linked to any institutional decisions pertaining to you and survey results will never be reported in any form that would identify you as an individual. If you find a question that you don't want to answer, just skip it and go on. We still want to hear what you have to say on the other topics. Of course your participation in the Enrolled Student Survey is entirely voluntary.
