Subject: What are your thoughts on advising?

Dear [first last],

On March 6th, you received an email from Dean Gross with a link to the
Enrolled Student Survey.  On behalf of the College, I am writing to
encourage you to fill out this survey.

We use your responses from surveys to determine how Harvard is doing
compared with our peers, but most importantly, your responses
highlight areas that we need to improve.  The Advising Programs Office
works with faculty, administrators, and students on academic advising
programs for all undergraduates, and we are very curious about what
you are thinking. Please take the time to tell us what we can do to
make your experience at Harvard the best it can be.

Unlike the Senior Survey which aims to help future Harvard students,
this survey focuses on all currently enrolled students and gives you
the chance to speak your mind on both the positive and negative
experiences here at Harvard now while it can still make a difference
to you.

As an incentive, we are having a drawing for 15 gift certificates
valued at $50 each, to, for example, the Co-op, Ticketmaster, Amazon
