Subject: Enrolled Student Survey

Dear [first last],

I am writing to you on behalf of the Office of the Registrar asking
you to please fill out the Enrolled Student Survey.  The closing date
of the survey is fast approaching and so far we have a very low
response rate.  The survey is completely voluntary but, the higher the
response rate, the more impact your answers make.  If you like certain
aspects of Harvard, we need to know.  If you don't like certain
aspects of Harvard, we need to hear it from you.  Important
College-wide decisions are formulated using the data supplied by this
survey.  In addition, since this survey goes to all classes, it
enables you to have your say now -- do you really want to wait until
you are senior to let the administration know your thoughts?

We are also offering a prize incentive to filling out the survey.
There are 15 $50 gift certificates.  Anyone who completes a survey is
eligible for the drawing.
