MIT is conducting with thirty-one colleges and universities.
According to our records, you have not yet completed the
survey. Surveys like this give students an opportunity to make their
voices heard and permit us to compare our institutional situation with
that of similar schools. 

The survey is entirely voluntary. You may answer as few or as many
questions as you wish. The data will be treated as confidential, no
one will be personally identified, and all results will be reported in
summary only.  

The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. I encourage you
to fill it out as soon as possible. As a thank you for filling out the
survey, you may pick one of three incentives, valued at $10, on the
last page of the survey.
