Recently I sent you a message asking for your help with the Enrolled
Student Survey.  Your opinions are important, so I hope that you will
take a few minutes to complete the survey now.  Surveys like this give
you an opportunity to make your voice heard on campus.

Remember that we are offering three prizes of $100 in MHCXpress Card
credit to students who respond to the survey.  All students responding
to the survey by the closing date of April 23rd will automatically be
entered in the drawing.  This is our way of letting you know how much
we appreciate your time and input.

The survey takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.  Please fill
it out as soon as possible, but allow enough time to complete it in
one sitting.  Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide
