Dear Jag,
 
In order to better understand the undergraduate experience at Caltech,
we are sponsoring a survey of the current undergraduate
population. The survey is being conducted in cooperation with other
selective colleges and covers issues related to your life and your
opinion of Caltech. Your feedback will help inform us about matters of
importance to you and will help direct our efforts in providing
services to undergraduate students.
 
This survey is entirely voluntary and takes about 10 to 15 minutes to
complete. You may answer as many or as few of the questions as you
like. The data will be treated as confidential, no one will be
personally identified, and all results will be reported in summary
format.
 
Those answering the survey will be eligible for a drawing to receive
an Apple iPad 2.
