Dear Jag Patel,
 
I hope that you are having an interesting and productive spring
quarter. As part of our continuing efforts to review and improve the
quality of the College experience, I am writing to ask that you take a
few minutes to respond to an on-line survey.  You will be asked to
reflect on your College experience, both inside and outside the
classroom, and to evaluate various services provided on campus.
 
Your responses will play a crucial role in shaping our planning for
the future and will remain completely confidential.  If you have any
questions about this study or experience any problems accessing the
survey, please email enrolledstudentsurvey@uchicago.edu.  I ask that
