Dear Jag,

You recently received an email from Provost Peter Lange requesting
your participation in the COFHE Enrolled Student Survey. This is a
biennial survey administered to all Duke undergraduates. The survey
asks for your input to evaluate and improve programs and services
offered at Duke. It should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. For
every completed survey, Duke will donate $1 to the Duke-Durham
Neighborhood Partnership <http://www.community.duke.edu/duke/>.

The last day to complete the survey is this Friday, March 18. After
that date no more responses will be accepted.

This is a unique link assigned directly to you; please do not share it

Your participation in this survey is strictly voluntary. We value your
opinions and would like the information from this study to be truly
