-------- Original Message -------- Subject: 2011 Enrolled Student Survey - Invitation to Participate Date: Tue, 1 Feb 2011 15:05:18 -0500 From: Michael McGuire Reply-To: eam85@georgetown.edu To: Jagruti S Patel Dear Jag, This spring Georgetown is participating in a national survey of enrolled students. We will be asking all four undergraduate classes to complete the survey. For the senior class, the Enrolled Student Survey will serve as your "senior survey" in 2011. Seniors who complete the Enrolled Student Survey will receive the free graduation announcements described below. A random sample of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year classes will also be invited to complete the Enrolled Student Survey. The survey asks Georgetown students to rate various aspects of their college education. Your participation in the survey is voluntary and your responses will be strictly confidential. The faculty and administration at Georgetown consider the survey a valuable way to learn about student activities and preferences, and they pay close attention to your input. This year MIT is administering the online version of this survey. Your name will be placed in a database, separated from your responses, to be used for the PRIZE DRAWINGS described below. To access the survey, please click on the following link: [] This is a unique link assigned to you. For this reason, it is very important that you do not share it or forward this email to anyone else. The survey consists of nine brief linked sections. It is important that you complete all nine sections, as each one contains important information. This survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. We encourage you to fill out the survey as soon as possible. If you encounter any problems while taking the survey, please contact Eduardo Molina at eam85@georgetown.edu. PRIZES As a token of our appreciation, seniors who complete the survey will receive a FREE packet of ten official Georgetown University graduation announcements imprinted with the date, time, and location of all commencement events. We will notify seniors when the announcements are ready to be picked up. All undergraduate students who complete the survey will be eligible for ten drawings of a $50 contribution to their GoCard, and a chance to win the grand prize which is an Apple iPad. The prize drawings will begin on February 8, so those who complete the survey early will have more chances to win. Thank you for providing this important feedback! Sincerely, Michael McGuire, Executive Director Office of Planning and Institutional Research
