Dear Jag Patel,

The University of Pennsylvania is conducting a survey of all
undergraduates to better understand the quality of your educational
experience and satisfaction here at Penn. In order to continue to
improve our programs and your educational experience on campus, it is
very important that we hear from the entire student body. You are our
best source of information and we would like to hear from you.

This is a unique link assigned to you. Please do not share it or
forward this e-mail to anyone else. The survey consists of nine short
sections; please be certain to complete all sections. It will likely
take you no more than 15-20 minutes to go through the entire survey.

We want to assure you that your responses to the survey will be kept
strictly confidential. Your personalized URL will enable us to avoid
sending you reminders once you have completed the questionnaire. It
will also allow us to link your responses to other information in our
files in order to increase the usefulness of the survey. Your name
will not be associated with these data, and no
individually-identifiable information will ever be reported.

If you find a question that you don't want to answer, just skip it and
go on. We still want to hear what you have to say on the other topics.
