Dear Jag Patel,

On March 13th you received an invitation from Penn's Office of the
Provost to participate in the Enrolled Student Survey (ESS). As of
today the response rate is only 22%.

Our records indicate that we have yet to receive your response, and
your feedback is essential to us.

The ESS--or Enrolled Student Survey--will only take you a few minutes
to complete, but it will provide us valuable information about your
Penn experience.

We remind you that participation in the Penn ESS is voluntary. If you

soon as possible, but the survey site will close on April 10, 2011.
