Dear Jag Patel,

Recently you received an email from Dean Feldblum urging you to
complete your Pomona survey. Please do so! The survey is an important
tool in Pomona's commitment to excellence, and student input really
matters. All respondents will automatically be entered to win an Apple
iPad; the winner will be randomly selected and notified at the close
of the survey in early May.

only to you. For this reason, it is important that you do not share it
or forward this e-mail.

All data from this survey will remain strictly confidential in the
Office of Institutional Research. Identifiable information will be
used only to coordinate reminder emails and the prize give-away at the
close of the survey, but will never be linked to your responses. It
may also be used in conjunction with other information currently on
file at Pomona for purposes of assessing the student
experience. Survey responses will be reported only in the aggregate.
