Dear Jag Patel,

Recently you were sent a message asking for your help in completing a
survey that UR is conducting with 28 other colleges and
universities. I notice that you have not yet completed the
survey. Surveys like this give students the opportunity to have their
voices heard. We will also be able to compare our responses to those
of students from other schools.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. We encourage you to
fill it out as soon as possible, but please allow enough time to
complete it in one sitting. We really appreciate your willingness to
contribute to this important information gathering effort for UR.
