Subject: How has your year at Trinity gone?

Dear Ms. White,

Just a quick reminder about the Enrolled Student Survey. It is
entirely voluntary, but we only conduct this survey every four years
in order to compare our results with those of students at thirty other
colleges and universities. The results, available to students next
Fall, always provide us with a lot of insight into how we are doing.

All individual data from this survey will remain strictly
confidential.  No personally identifiable information or identifiable
responses to survey questions will become part of the reporting from
this survey.  

This survey takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.  We
encourage you to fill out the survey as soon as possible to avoid my
reminders, but allow enough time to complete it in one sitting.
