Dear Jag,

Earlier this week you received an invitation from Dean DeMeis to
participate in Wellesley’s 2011 Enrolled Student Survey.  The
information below explains how to do this.  I encourage you to
complete the survey as soon as possible.  This is an opportunity to
have your voice heard and your ideas considered in the academic and
student life planning process.  It is important that we hear from as
many students as possible.

This is a unique link assigned to you.  For this reason, it is
important that you do not share it or forward this email to anyone
else.  Also, please save this email should you wish to complete the
survey at a later time.  You will note that the survey is being hosted
by MIT for the participating colleges and universities.

As Dean DeMeis wrote you, the survey consists of nine brief sections
and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.  Instructions for
moving from one section to the next are provided at the beginning of
the survey.  If you encounter any problems, please contact me.

You may be assured of the complete confidentiality of your
responses. Though the link in this email is unique to you, no personal
identifiers will be used in analyzing the data.  The link will be used
only to avoid sending you unnecessary reminders.  Your responses may
be merged with other Wellesley data for assessment purposes, but no
individually-identifiable information will ever be reported.  Reports
of survey findings are aggregate in nature; your responses to these
questions will be used to construct a comprehensive profile of your
class as a whole.
