Dear Jag,

Last Friday I sent you an email with information on the 2011 Enrolled
Student Survey.  

As of this afternoon, I don't have a record of your completing the
survey.  Please fill it out as soon as you can.  Faculty and
administrators need to hear from students!

The survey takes only 10-15 minutes to complete but provides
invaluable feedback to Wellesley.  It can also serve as good study
break.  

I want to remind you that responses to the survey are completely
confidential.  Individuals will not be identifiable in any report of
survey results and survey responses will not be stored with
respondents' names.  So please provide honest and constructive
feedback.  A summary of the survey results will be posted in the
FirstClass conference OIR Reports in April.
