Subject: Message to graduating seniors re: Senior Survey

Dear [FName] [Lname]:

I would like to extend my personal congratulations to you as you
complete your final semester here at Pomona!  Although I realize that
this is a busy time of year, I am asking that you take a few moments
to share your feedback about your Pomona College experience by
completing your Senior Survey.  This feedback is vital to us in
planning and improving for future students. 

The survey is an important part of the end-of-year process for every
graduating senior.  It should take you approximately 30 minutes.
Please be sure to complete each page of the survey, including Part G
at the very end, which contains a set of questions specific to Pomona
College.  Once you submit your survey, a certificate of completion
will be generated; please print this certificate and bring it with you
to exchange for your cap and gown at SCC Room 235 on May 5th and 6th
between the hours of 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

The survey consists of seven linked sections and is being administered
on-line by the web survey services of MIT.  You can access the survey
with the following URL:

This link is embedded with a unique personal username and password
assigned directly to you for purposes of this survey (please do not
share it or forward this email to others).  Your responses are
strictly confidential, and only aggregate summaries of data will be
reported.
