Subject: Reminder to complete your Senior Survey

Recently you should have received a message from Dean Feldblum
inviting you to participate in this year's Senior Survey.  This is a
reminder to complete your survey before the distribution of caps and
gowns in May.  You will need to print the survey completion page
generated when you submit your survey responses and bring it with you
to SCC Room 235, between the hours of 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on May 5th or
6th, in exchange for your cap and gown.  It should take approximately
30 minutes to complete.

assigned directly to you for purposes of this survey (please do not
share it or forward this email to others).  Your responses are
strictly confidential, and only aggregate summaries of data will be
reported.
