Subject: 2nd Reminder -- only 1 week left to take your Senior Survey!!

You have only one week left to finish your Senior Survey before
picking up your cap and gown next week!  Senior Survey is an important
part of the end-of-year process for every graduating senior, so please
take a moment to complete this task.

Once you submit your responses, a completion certificate will be
generated.  Please print this completion page and bring it with you to
SCC Room 235, between the hours of 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on May 5th or
6th, to exchange for your cap and gown.  It should take approximately
30 minutes to complete.

assigned directly to you for purposes of this survey (please do not
share it or forward this email to others).  Your responses are
strictly confidential, and only aggregate summaries of data will be
