Subject: Final Reminder -- Senior Survey

This is the final reminder that your Senior Survey is due next week --
please set aside some time over the next few days to get your
responses in!  When you arrive to pick up your cap and gown on May 5th
or 6th in SCC Room 235 (1 p.m. to 4 p.m.), you will be asked for the
certificate of survey completion generated when you submit your
survey.  Please remember to print this page and bring it with you in
exchange for your cap and gown.

strictly confidential, and only aggregate summaries of data will be
