Recently you were sent a request to complete the on-line COFHE Senior 
Survey.  If you have not had time to do so, we encourage you to 
complete the on-line survey soon.  Your input is important to 
Northwestern.  The deadline for responding is May 8th.  To access the

else. The survey consists of multiple sections and takes 
approximately twenty minutes to complete.  All data from the COFHE
