Dear Jag,

President Simmons recently sent you an email regarding the 2010 Senior
Survey.  The survey asks you, as a graduating senior, to rate various
aspects of your undergraduate life and to suggest ways to strengthen
and enhance the Brown experience for future undergraduates.  As
President Simmons indicated, your assessment is of particular
consequence during this time of significant change and renewal at
Brown.  The administration pays close attention to the Senior Survey,
and your input is highly valued.

We understand that this is a busy time for you, but your views are
important to us.  Consequently, we will hold a raffle after the survey
closes in late April -- 100 members of the Class of 2010 will receive
a Senior Week package. The earlier you participate in the survey, the
better your chance of winning.  Complete the survey by March 26th and
your name will be entered 4 times; by April 2nd and your name will be
entered 3 times; by April 9th and your name will be entered 2 times;
by April 16th and your name will be entered 1 time.

Using the link provided towards the end of this email, you may respond
on-line via the MIT Web Survey Service until the survey closes on
April 16th.  We ask that you respond as soon as possible.  If you are
unable to respond on the Web, please e-mail Karen_Leonard@brown.edu
and we will make a paper version available to you.

This is a unique link assigned to you.  For this reason, it is very
important that you do not share it or forward this email to anyone
else.  Also, please save this email should you wish to complete the

You may be assured of the complete confidentiality of your responses.
Though the link in this email is unique to you, no personal
identifiers will be used in analyzing the data.  The link will only be
used to avoid sending you unnecessary follow-up reminders and to enter
you into the raffle.  Reports of our findings will be aggregate in
nature.
