Dear Jagruti,

I write to ask you to complete our Senior Survey, an instrument that
asks you to describe your post-Carnegie Mellon plans, to rate your
undergraduate experience, and to suggest ways to enhance that
experience for the students who come after you.

This survey is being administered simultaneously to seniors at several
of our peer institutions, which will allow us to make valuable
comparisons between their experiences and yours. We at Carnegie Mellon
will use the results to evaluate current undergraduate programs and
plan new initiatives, and we need your voice to do this.

Please complete the survey by May 14 using this unique survey address:



If you respond by May 14, you will be entered into a drawing for a
Carnegie Mellon Flip Mino 60 Minute Camcorder. The winner will choose
from among five Carnegie Mellon designs.

The information you provide on the survey will be kept strictly
confidential. Your name will be used only for the camcorder drawing
and will not be connected to your individual responses. All data will
be published in summary form and no personally identifiable
information will be released.
