Dear Jag,

Within the past week, you should have received an invitation from
Provost Peter Lange to participate in The Senior Survey. The
information below explains how to do this. Completing the survey will
take only about 20 minutes, and will be of invaluable help in enabling
us to assess and improve programs and services for students.  As an
added incentive, we will donate $1 to the American Red Cross Haiti
Long-Term Relief fund for every survey completed.
