Dear Jagruti,

This is a quick reminder to encourage you to complete this year's
Senior Survey. We know this is a really busy time for you. For our
results to be statistically significant, we need a good response rate
and we hope that you will help us reach that goal. As an added
incentive, we will donate $1 to the American Red Cross Haiti Long-Term
Relief fund for every survey completed.
