Dear Jag,

This is a quick reminder that we really want to hear from you.  We
know this is a really busy time for you. For our results to be
statistically significant, we need a good response rate.  We will be
closing the "window" for participation in a few days, and this is the
last reminder regarding this survey, so please take this time to fill
out the Senior Survey. As an added incentive, we will donate $1 to the
American Red Cross Haiti Long-Term Relief fund for every survey
completed.
