Dear Seniors:

At the end of each academic year, we ask all members of the graduating
class to complete a comprehensive questionnaire.  This survey helps
the College to gauge the effectiveness of programs and allows students
to provide assessments of both academic and non-academic aspects of
College life. We take your responses seriously, and use them to guide
changes we make for the next generation of Harvard undergraduates.

The results of this survey will be shared anonymously and without
attribution with members of our faculty and administration. Your
personal information will never be available to anyone who receives
the survey results.

The survey has six sections covering topics related to your academic,
residential, and social experiences at Harvard College.

We are eager to have completed surveys from all graduating seniors, so
please complete yours as soon as possible, allowing enough time to
finish it in one sitting. You can do that /today /through Wednesday,
May 26. Help is available at ora_help@harvard.edu should you encounter
any problems.

After you have completed the survey, your Commencement tickets will be
released for pick-up at 124 Mount Auburn Street beginning on May 4th.
