Swarthmore Senior Survey

Welcome [FIRSTNAME] [LASTNAME]!
(If you are not [FIRSTNAME] [LASTNAME], please retrieve your unique web link to this survey.)

This survey has five parts. The first, and longest, section asks you to evaluate Swarthmore. We then ask you to think about what you've learned while you've been in college and about some of the non-academic experiences you've had. We'll then ask you to tell us about your plans for the future and give us a little bit of background information. Your answers are very important to us — they will inform our efforts to improve in the years to come.

Once you submit a page by hitting the "next" button, your answers will be saved for that page. After you have submitted a page, you may get back to it by using the back arrow on your browser. You may also return to the survey at a later time by returning to this web page. Your previously submitted answers will be displayed for you to edit if you wish. If you edit any answers on a page, you must click the "next" button for that page to save the changes.

As this study is part of a collaborative research effort, your response will be combined with responses from all participating institutions and used by the consortium in its research. A benefit of your participation is that the College can improve its services as it learns more about students' experiences and needs through surveys such as this. The risks associated with completing the survey are minimal. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Alex McClung, Research Analyst in Swarthmore's Institutional Research Office (610-690-2015) or the Swarthmore Institutional Review Board (610-690-5713).

This survey is hosted by MIT's Web Survey Service. MIT Web Survey Service has a number of security procedures in place to protect survey and contact data. All survey responses are submitted over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection, establishing a secure connection between the respondent's browser and the web server at MIT. The server is stored in a secure data facility on MIT's campus and is monitored 24 hours-per-day and 7 days-per-week by network operations personnel. All of the survey data collected is protected against unauthorized access. The data collected from you will be maintained under an anonymous subject number. For more information about MIT's Web Survey Service and security procedures used, please contact surveys@mit.edu.

By entering this survey, you are indicating your willingness to participate in this study and to allow us to include your data in our analyses.
