Graduate Student Dental Plan Satisfaction Survey

 

Welcome MIT Graduate Students!!

The Graduate Student Council is conducting a short survey of graduate students to collect feedback on the current MIT Graduate Student Dental Plan (http://graddental.mit.edu). Whether you are currently enrolled in the plan or not, the GSC needs your input on what your dental care needs are, as well as what you think needs to be done to improve the current plan. Your feedback will help us evaluate options for a more comprehensive and affordable dental plan for graduate students.

This survey is being administered with the assistance of the Institutional Research section of the Office of the Provost. The survey is entirely voluntary. You may answer as few or as many questions as you wish. All of your responses will be kept strictly confidential.

The survey should take 5 minutes to complete. As an incentive, all respondents will be entered into a raffle to win one of three $100 prizes (winners will be able to select either TechCash or an American Express gift card).

The information that you provide will be invaluable to the graduate student community. Your participation is very important and greatly appreciated!
