aspects of your experience at Washington University. Your unique
insight will inform our efforts to provide the best possible
undergraduate experience for Washington University students. I
encourage you to take a few minutes to respond to this survey and let
us know what you think. We value your input.

All responses will remain strictly confidential. The data will only be
used for aggregated reports stripped of individual identifiers. When
you respond, your name will be placed in a database, separated from
your survey response, to be used for the PRIZE DRAWING explained
below.
