Josiah Benjamin Rosmarin I

Born:March 9, 1984
Hometown: Chernobyl, Russia
Major:Mechanical Engineering (2)
Events:Everything
Born during the height of the cold war, Josiah spent the first 11 years of his life moving around avoiding the secret police and the dreaded muffin man. To avoid further political persecution, his family left Russia and moved to Argentina for 3 months. There he developed an unhealthy hatred for the spotted monkey. The government of Argentina discovered his family and deported them to Cuba (the closest communist country) where they stayed until he was 6 years old. At that point in his life he decided he wanted a better life and to go somewhere with a future. Thus began his swimming career. He set out with only an innertube and a box of crackers. Quickly the crackers went stale and he was without food. A hurricane swept through and popped his inner tube, so he swam the remaining 17 miles on his own. When he reached the shores of South Florida he was hailed as a god and worshiped by the locals. Eventually he was caught by the muffin man and subjected to forced labor until he escaped to MIT.
