| I used to swim in a pool with no tile, just plaster. The black crosses on the wall were painted on. Y'know what happens when you paint onto plaster in a pool? It wears off. So before we hosted meets, my coach would throw me a box of black crayons and say, "Color, Kate, color!" Because, frankly, I wasn't swimming anyway. | |
