Group memory
The team reviewed the TSM project plan, lead by Dave.

The final candidate for Windows is now available and uploaded. We  
already had the final candidate for Macintosh.

Atticus--no update on installers at this time.

Ester suggested that we have check points along the way, to make sure  
we're on track. Perhaps something that we could do periodically at  
meetings to make sure we are where we're supposed to be.

Action items
- Al will write up best practices on releases are we know them now
- Patrick will update the TSM release notebooks for Mac OS X and Windows
- Atticus will provide test installers on Tuesday
- Esther will start work on the product front door
- Dave will update the project plan with the feedback from today's  
meeting, including the addition of milestones
- Deb is going to create the test plan

Team decisions
- 64-bit TSM client not part of this release; we'll provide the 64- 
bit client "as is" to the Windows XP Professional x64 Edition
- we agreed that we'll test on PowerPC and Intel Macs running Mac OS  
X 10.4 "Tiger" and on Windows XP and Vista
