- Reviewed release announcement.  Patrick will send to Communications  
team for review and plans to get it out by Tuesday or Wednesday.

- Discussed Al's proposed release criteria.  Will continue to discuss  
offline via email.

- Reviewed project plan.  Dave added milestones in response to a  
suggestion last week.  Team agreed that the new milestones make sense.

- Deb has put up a version of the test plan.  Dave has some  
suggestions and will work with Deb to include.

- Esther will put the supported versions up in several places as a  
heads-up.  Discussed potential retirement plans.  Old Mac version  
will target de-support June 30th alongside Panther.  Windows version  
will require more discussion.

- Windows Installer is available for testing.  Everyone will test  
this week (especially upgrades) and next week we'll evaluate the  
timeline based on the results.  The install has also been made  
available to select early Vista testers for further testing.

- Mac installer needs further discussion to determine how much legacy  
logic and code should be imported into the new installer format.   
Atticus will meet with Patrick on Tuesday to go over the old Prefs  
Installer and answer that question.  Depending on the outcome, there  
may be a Mac installer to test before the next meeting.  The mac  
installer needs to clean up the 5.2.5 limited distribution installer  
as well.

- Esther started Product Front Doors for Mac and Windows.  She has  
incorporated info from release announcement, but would like more info  
about system requirements.  Determined that OS requirements should  
cover TSM handily.  Esther will use the information from the readmes  
as a starting point.
