人気がある/ない

人気がある means '(X is) popular', while 人気がない means '(X is) not popular'.
There are two ways to express popularity of a person/an item.
Examine the following:

X -は/が、人気がある/ない。
• 日本の映画俳優(はいゆう)の中で、だれが(一番)人気がありますか。
• 今、どんな映画が人気がありますか。

X -に、人気がある/ない。
• このスポーツに、今一番人気があります。
• この人には、人気があまりない。
• どんな音楽に人気がありますか。
