PetscErrorCode DMPlexLabelClearCells(DM dm, DMLabel label)

Input Parameters

	dm	- The DM
	label	- A DMLabel marking surface points and their adjacent cells

Output Parameter

label -A DMLabel without cells

Note: This undoes DMPlexLabelAddCells()
