Sets values computed with automatic differentiation into a matrix.

Input Parameters
| mat | - the matrix
|
| nl | - leading dimension of v
|
| v | - the values compute with ADIFOR
|
Notes
Must call MatSetColoring() before using this routine. Also this matrix must already
have its nonzero pattern determined.
