PetscErrorCode PetscViewerBinaryGetSkipInfo(PetscViewer viewer,PetscBool *skip)
Not Collective
Input Parameter
viewer -PetscViewer context, obtained from PetscViewerBinaryOpen()
Output Parameter
skip -PETSC_TRUE implies the .info file was not generated
Notes: This must be called after PetscViewerSetType()
