Bylaws of the Tech Catholic Community - Approved by vote of the Council on 07/31/2010 - Approved by ASA Executive Board on 08/23/2010 == Art. 1: Amendment Procedure == Sec. 1: A proposal to amend this document shall be considered with the support of one-half of the Council. Sec. 2: Upon receiving consideration, the proposal shall be posted publicly for a period of 30 days. The Council shall seek public comment on the proposal, permitting adequate representation of all opinions within the TCC community. Sec. 3: The proposal shall be considered for approval within one week of the completion of this 30 day period. It shall be approved with the support of one-half of the Council. == Art. 2: Additional Council Seats == Sec. 1: The Prayer Coordinator is charged with supporting all activities related to prayer or sacraments. The Spiritual Coordinator shall be elected with the standard election procedure for a period of six months starting on the last Sunday prior to the end of the Fall and Spring semesters. Sec. 2: The Community Coordinator is charged with supporting all social activities and activities which promote fellowship. The Fellowship Coordinator shall be elected with the standard election procedure for a period of six months starting on the last Sunday prior to the end of the Fall and Spring semesters. Sec. 3: The Education Coordinator is charged with supporting all educational activities, and particularly those related to theology. The Education Coordinator shall be elected with the standard election procedure for a period of six months starting on the last Sunday prior to the end of the Fall and Spring semesters. Sec. 4: The Service Coordinator is charged with supporting all service activities. The Outreach Coordinator shall be elected with the standard election procedure for a period of six months starting on the last Sunday prior to the end of the Fall and Spring semesters. Sec. 5: The Undergraduate Member-At-Large shall be a currently registered undergraduate student. The Graduate Member-At-Large shall be a currently registered graduate student. They shall be elected for a period of six months starting on the last Sunday prior to the end of the Fall and Spring semesters. == Art. 3: Procedures for Council Meetings == Sec. 1: Quorum for a meeting shall be two-thirds of the council. Sec. 2: The Council shall only consider business in open session, where any member of the community may participate in discussion. Sec. 3: The Council shall meet on the first Sunday of each month. Sec. 4: The Council shall meet on the third Sunday of each month, but shall refrain from considering major business except with the consent of two-thirds of the Council.
