As of this writing, the operations group is already understaffed for the crises, maintenance and troubleshooting they already have. Additional burden of maintaining install servers would be unacceptable. Preferably, fewer than 10 hours should be spent in maintenance of install servers in the course of a year. More than 20 hours is unacceptable.
