==== DCNS-Dev Watchmaker weekly report/time card policy  == 5jan94 ====

Each week DCNS-Dev student developers should submit a weekly status 
report via email to their supervisor and copied to wm-admin@mit.edu. 
The status report for the preceding week should be sent by 10am Monday 
morning.  

The status report should include 
- what you did last week
- what you plan to work on next week
- your todo queue
- your timecard info from last week
     w/ - your name
        - week ending date (Sunday)
        - hours for each day (in .25 hour units)
        - total hours for the week (in .25 hour units)

Paper timecards will no longer be used.

It would make life easier for Jane if everyone would send the same info 
in the same format.  

Here are the rules, please follow every one.

1) include a subject line such as "status report/timecard for week 
ending 30jan94"

2) copy (cc) wm-admin@mit.edu.  (please don't CC mlc, tjm, janej)

3) send it by 10am Monday morning

4) put all the time card info together in one place.  

5) Include ALL the following info
 - your name (first and last.  The from field is not adequate.)
 - the week ending date (The posting date is not adequate.)
 - a line for each day you worked with the hours worked
 - a line giving the total hours worked that week

Sorry to be so strict, but is really does make it easier on the person 
trying to collect all the data and get you paid if everyone is 
consistent and provides all the necessary info in one place.
